Key responsibilities of a Real Estate Sales Executive include:
Working with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences, and identifying suitable properties.
Conducting property viewings and presentations, providing clients with accurate and up-to-date information on properties.
Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Negotiating contracts, offers, and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcome.
Coordinating with other real estate professionals, such as appraisers, inspectors, and mortgage brokers, to facilitate a smooth transaction process.
Managing administrative tasks, such as preparing and filing paperwork, maintaining records, and updating databases.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the real estate industry, including changes in local and national laws and regulations.
Any Graduates / MBA or Equivalent
With 3 to 4 years of experience in Sale and marketing - Preferable Real Estate
Multi Language - English is Mandatory ( Optionally Multi language Hindi, Kannada,)
